Socio-economic integration and improving the access to education of persons from vulnerable groups in Municipality of Samuil

The activities of current project proposal will be directed toward prevention and overcome the reasons, which lead to poverty and social exclusion with perspective for sustainable solution. The planned activities under Operational Programme "Human resources development" are targeting vulnerable groups, with a focus on Roma, and aim improving access to employment, social and health services. In addition, horizontal measures will be implemented to create the conditions for overcoming negative stereotypes, avoiding unequal treatment and supporting the realization of basic economic, social and cultural rights. Through the interventions under Operational Programme "Science and Education for Smart Growth" we expect to increase the number of integrated students for whom Bulgarian is not mother tongue and at the same time to provide them an environment, oriented towards the preservation of their cultural identity.
