Implementation through Integration in Valchi Dol Municipality

The project will allow in a complementary way the possibilities of the two Operational Programs - Human Resources Development Operational Program 2014-2020 and the "Intelligent Growth Science and Education" Operational Program 2014-2020 The mobilization of resources from different sources in fulfillment of priorities, important for the municipality, is a tool for finding solutions to the problems in the municipality for solving economic and social problems. The implementation of the project offers a thorough and consistent approach. In view of the integrated nature of the activities included in a project proposal, they are subject to a holistic vision of establishing a durable cooperation model at the local level, involving all institutions, partners and associated partners working in this area locally. The project proposes activities with included existing services and structures in order to ensure the sustainability of the measures. The integrated measures are reduced to the user level (representative of the target groups) by working with one user in several directions simultaneously (employment, social services, education and etc.). The project will contribute to achieving lasting integration for the most marginalized communities and improving their quality of life, with an integrated approach being applied to achieve the goal. It is crucial for people - the unemployed and the disadvantaged and the target group to understand and accept the need to change their lives: to train themselves to secure a job and to organize their own lives independently, and to help their children and relatives integrate each other in General axis. A step in the right direction, which is the subject of this project, is their integration into the Community. This is undoubtedly a major incentive for the development of initiative, for greater self-esteem and a real chance to be involved in the life process and their realization in society.
