Delivering the social services Day-care support center for children with disabilities and their families and Public support center

With the implementation of the current project in the town of Veliki Preslav will be provided delivery of the social services - Day-care support center for children with disabilities and their families and Public support center. The infrastructure preparation is financed by the “Regions in growth”2014-2020 operational program. Qualified personnel will be hired for both social services. A specialized vehicle for disabled children transportation from and to their homes will be purchased, for children’s either full-time or part-time service delivery. Additional furniture and equipment will be purchased in order to complement the "Establishing Public support center and Day-care support center for children with disabilities and their families in the town of Veliki Preslav" project, finced by OPRD 2014-2020. Target groups include: disabled children; children at risk and their families; families with children with special educational needs; foster parents candidates; adopters and already approved foster parents; children from the community to be work with for risky behavior prevention; families with higher risk of abandoning their children. The expected results are: 1. Recruited, selected and hired qualified personnel. 2. Purchased specialized vehicle for disabled children transportation. 3. Delivered furniture and equipment for both centers. 4. Delivering service Day-care support center for children with disabilities and their families. 5. Delivering service Public support center The capacity of the Day-care support center for children with disabilities and their families is 30 children. The capacity of the other service - Public support center is 50 individuals, including 4 places at emergency reception center. The implementation of the current project proposal will contribute to achieving the aim of strategic documents in the field of social services through establishing and delivering DCSCCDTF and PSC as supporting and accompanying services.
