The project envisages the opening of a social service Transitional dwelling for children aged 15 to 18 with a capacity of 8 seats. The project target group will be: - Children at risk, including disabled and their families, but for one reason or another, they have to use a social service of a resident type because of the inability to live in a family environment or close to the family environment. - Children, including disabled, housed in specialized institutions and community-based residential services and their families. In the specialized institutions the large group of children does not allow quality individual work with them and their preparation for life. In the Transitional Home the work with them is strictly individualized. There are no living spaces for children in the specialized institutions, one room is inhabited by more children. Transitional dwelling provides separate rooms providing enough personal space. A transitional housing for children will be offered a resident-type social service that will provide comprehensive care for minors from vulnerable groups as well as those with long institutional stays for whom there is currently no possibility of reintegration into a family or close family relationship environment. The service aims at helping children grow up as independent adults, assisting in the acquisition of independent living skills and successful social integration. The main purpose of the service is to develop skills and stimulate children's readiness to finally leave the specialized institution. The following activities are planned for the project: Recruitment and recruitment of temporary staff, Preparation, relocation and accommodation of children in the Transitional Home, Provision of the Transitional Home Service. The project will last for 29 months, with the first five months of preparation for relocation and accommodation of children, and 24 months will be provided with the Transitional Home Service.
