Observed housing for young people Dobrich

Municipality of Dobrich is a concrete beneficiary under procedure BG05M9OP001-2.019 "Continuing support for deinstitutionalization of children and young people - Stage 2 - provision of social and integrated health and social services for children and families". Within the framework of the OPRD 2014-2020 and according to the approved Residence Services Map, The Municipality of Dobrich implements a project for repair, equipment and furnishing of a new social service - Observed home with a capacity of 6 seats for young people without disabilities from 18-21 years old who have to leave a specialized institution or a social service resident type - type for children and young people without disabilities and / or foster family. The new service complements the social infrastructure in the municipality of Dobrich and will satisfy the needs of the youth from a community service that will enable them to successfully integrate socially into the society and the labor market. The dwelling will be revealed in a municipal property - an apartment - 148 sq.m, located in the central part of the city. The apartment has been repaired, equipped and furnished in a way that corresponds to the Functional Requirements / Annex N / to the package of OPRD application documents. It consists of a living room, three bedrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, two bathrooms and a closet. The apartment fully meets the requirements, it can meet the needs of 6 persons. The furnishings are standard, identical to the "average dwelling". The social service to be funded under this project proposal will provide additional support for young people from the target groups to leave the care system, socialize in the community and become competitive on the labor market.
