Provision of 3 new social and integrated health and social services for children and families of children

This project proposal provides for the continuation of the process of deinstitutionalization of care for children in residential care without parental care and the opening of new supportive and supportive services to support children and families, providing them with adequate opportunities for social inclusion. Objective of the draft proposal: - Support for the implementation of models for quality alternative care for children and young people accommodated in the SENI, including for children with disabilities and children in need of permanent medical care, guaranteeing them a life in a family environment and equal access to social inclusion services; - Creating and providing community-based social and integrated health and social services based on the needs of each child and youth; - Closure of the DPDC in the municipality of Petrich.  The main objective of the project is to provide quality alternative care for children and young people at risk, including the disabled and their families on the territory of the municipality of Petrich, guaranteeing them a life in a family environment and equal access to social inclusion services. The planned activities include the opening and operation of 3 new community-based social support services and a family environment and resident services to provide social and integrated health and social care according to the individual needs of consumers: - Center for Public Support for Children and Families; - Transitional housing for children aged 15 to 18; - Family-type accommodation center. A leading priority in the Updated Action Plan is the achievement of the main objective of the National Strategy: "Guaranteeing the right of children to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their individual needs".
