Opening and functioning of social services Center for public support and Day center for support of children and youth with disabilities and their families, through introduced comprehensive support and integrated social-health, counseling and therapeutic services, which will lead to the creation of the necessary conditions for improvement the way and quality of life of children at risk and their families, as well as children and young people with disabilities and their families.The construction of new social services is in implementation of the Updated Action Plan for implementation of the National Strategy "Vision for deinstitutionalization of children in the Republic of Bulgaria", whose main goal is "Guaranteeing the right of children to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their individual needs ".
