Provision of social and integrated health and social services for children and families

The current project is aimed at opening two new social services in the municipality of Botevgrad, where the appropriate infrastructure has been built with funds from the Operational Program "Growing Regions". The implementation of the planned activities will contribute to achieving the main goal of the National Strategy "Vision for the deinstitutionalization of children in the Republic of Bulgaria", namely "Guaranteeing the right of children to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their individual needs". The implementation of the project will lead to ensuring equal access to quality care and services for children and youth according to their individual needs; building skills for independent living and preparing them for inclusion in community life; expanding the network of services for prevention of abandonment of children and their separation from their biological parents and families; providing support to the families of children with disabilities in their upbringing.
