The project proposal aims to continue the process of deinstitutionalization of childcare by opening 3new social services,with the purpose of enabling social inclusion and adaptation:Daycare center to support children with disabilities and their families,with a capacity of 30places 60places for advisory services,Center for Public Support, with a capacity of 100seats and 4emergency accommodation and Supervised housing,with a capacity of 6seats. The Social services will be revealed in infrastructure,the repair/reconstruction and provision of a material and technical base of which will be financed under the project"Together in support of Kardzhali's children",Procedure"Support for the deinstitutionalisation of childcare",Operational Programme:RD.The main objective of the project is to support the process of deinstitutionalisation of childcare by providing appropriate social services in the community for children and young people at risk,including for children with disabilities and their families, guaranteeing them a life in a family environment and equal access to social inclusion services.Project activities include the selection and recruitment of staff, the opening and provision of 3new social services for children and families,the purchase of specialized means of transport and additional equipment and furniture.The implementation of the project will lead to equal access to quality care and services for children and young people according to their individual needs,building skills for independent living and preparing them for inclusion in the life of the community, providing support to families of children with disabilities, as well as providing prevention services.The project proposal will contribute to the main objective of the National Strategy"Vision for the deinstitutionalization of children in the Republic of Bulgaria",namely:"Guaranteeing the right of children to a family environment and access to quality care and services according to their individual needs".
