Ready for the world

With the implementation of the present project proposal the continuation of the process of deinstitutionalization of child care and provision of quality alternative care for children and youth at risk, incl. with disabilities and their families in the municipality of Targovishte, guaranteeing them a life in a family environment and equal access to social inclusion services, through the opening and operation of 3 new social services: - Day center for support of children with disabilities and their families - capacity 30 and 60 - Transitional housing for children from 15 to 18 years of age - capacity - 8 - Observed housing for young people from 18 to 21 years of age - capacity 4 For the management the beneficiary envisages an experienced team, and for the services a selection of staff will be carried out, who will prepare the obligatory documentation and will provide care. For children and young people, before the accommodation, adaptation will be provided, through preliminary preparation and conducting familiarization meetings. The activities include selection and hiring of a person, purchase of a specialized vehicle and equipment and furniture (other than under OPRD), as well as materials for the functioning of the 3 new social services. The total duration of the project is expected to be 28 months, of which 24 months of actual provision of services and 4 months - preparatory
