"Social care in a home environment for persons from vulnerable groups in the municipality of Ardino through NPO "LIG Ardino-Djebel "

The current project of the OP"Human Resources Development" 2014-2020, procedure under the Community-led Local Development Strategy of the NGO "Ardino-Dzhebel", in connection with priority axis 2: Poverty Reduction and promotion of social inclusion, investment priority 3, title of procedure BG05M9OP001-2.020 - "Home care in the territory of the Ardino - Jebel LAG" actively contributes to the implementation of two of the objectives of the EU 2020 Strategy. These are the objectives in the area of employment and the fight against poverty and social exclusion. The Local Government-led Local Development approach helps boost employment and mobilize local growth potential and improve the quality of life of the population in the territories covered. Measures are envisaged to improve access to social services and to help the elderly over the age of 65 unable to self-handle and the disabled. The activities of the project are aimed at extending the scope of the existing municipal enterprise "Center for Services in Home Environment", as well as the provided social services under Art. 36 of RASPC, namely: - Providing support for mobile part-time social services in the home environment (Social Assistant), which are not currently available on the territory of the municipality; - Support for the creation of employment; - Consultative services for prevention and healthy lifestyle. Assistance for access to health services, rehabilitation and occupational therapy; - Training and supervision of staff. - Compliance with the requirements for the implementation of the information and communication activities according to the Beneficiary's Unified Beneficiary Manual for the implementation of the information and communication rules 2014-2020. The provision of mobile social services in the home environment will be carried out in accordance with the Methodology for providing the Social Assistant service, approved by the Executive Director of the Social Assistance Agency.
