Activating the potential of marginalized communities in the municipality of Hadjidimovo for social inclusion

The overall objective of the project is: Socio-economic integration of marginalized population groups in the municipality of Hadjidimovo by improving the access to employment and social-health services in the community and encouraging their full participation in public life. Specific objectives: 1. Enable the existing potential and increase the competitiveness of the labor market by providing key competencies training. 2. Improving the quality of life and creating the right conditions for community integration of marginalized communities and socially excluded Roma by including them in employment and providing access to social and health services. In the project, in compliance with the principles of transparency, information and non-discrimination, a total of 25 persons representing the following eligible target groups will be included: 1. the representatives of the Roma community from the territory of the municipality; 2. people at risk and / or victims of discrimination on grounds other than ethnicity; 3. people from the settlements in the municipality, inhabiting territories, incl. low population density, rural and isolated areas, parts of settlements where there is a concentration of poverty, social exclusion and marginalization problems. The project targets persons from target groups that are most at risk of marginalization and falling below the poverty line, depending on the specific characteristics of each person and the capabilities of the project will be implemented activities for training on key competences, inclusion in employment, improving access to social and health services. The implementation of planned activities will create prerequisites for sustainable employment, active labor market behavior, acquiring professional and work skills, improving the standard of living for the participants, providing access to integrated social and health support services and labor income.
