Social services in Crisis Center and Temporary Accommodation Center for Homeless People.

The project proposal of Sliven Municipality is the next phase after the construction of the infrastructure for providing social services by opening a Crisis Center with a capacity of 20 people and a Temporary Accommodation Center for Homeless People with the same capacity - 20 people. The services, provided at the Crisis Center, will be focused on children and / or adults, victims of violence, trafficking or other forms of exploitation. The services will be implemented for a period of up to 6 months and will include: individual support, meeting daily needs and legal consumer counseling or socio-psychological assistance when immediate intervention is required, including through mobile crisis intervention teams. The center for temporary accommodation, as a form of social service, is oriented towards homeless people for a period of no more than 3 months within the calendar year. The users of the service will be provided with a place to live, assistance for inclusion in qualification and retraining courses and other training courses and / or for finding a job, as well as for the social adaptation of the users. A multidisciplinary team of specialists will be selected for the functioning of the two centers, which will optimize the care for the target groups and increase the quality of the provided services.
