Early Intervention Services for Disability and Family Support in the Municipality of Svishtov.

The project "Center for Early Intervention of Disabilities and Family Support Services" has a duration of 18 months. It will be implemented on the territory of Svishtov Municipality in specially designed and prepared premises in the town of Svishtov.The target group of the service is a minimum of 50 families with children aged 0-6 years who are disabled or at risk of developing a disability or have another special need that affects the quality of family life, puts him at risk of social exclusion and poverty. The service is integrated and based on the specific needs of the family and the child, providing them with professional support for active inclusion, promoting equal opportunities and improving employability. Activities in the Center will increase the ability of families to cope with life situations, incl. poverty, unemployment, social exclusion and improved childcare. This will bring economic and social benefits to the individual and the community / society. Mobile work and early identification of families at risk will be an important part of the team's preventive work. Entrance to the service will be as open, accessible, facilitated as possible, while respecting the principles of equal opportunities and non-discrimination and transparency. Family training will be provided under CC5 "Motivational Training" and No. 7 "Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurship" in order to acquire and apply skills for active behavior on the labor market. Promoting the service will stimulate parents, local communities and institutions to be responsible for the project and develop cross-sectoral cooperation. The activities will be carried out by a multidisciplinary team. As a result of the integrated services provided, we expect an increase in the number of families with children at risk of disability. needs or those diagnosed locally who have recovered their work and / or have started looking for a job.
