Support for social inclusion

The project proposal is aimed at a minimum of 40 persons, representatives of the target group - adults at risk, inc. with disabilities namely economically inactive and unemployed. The inclusion of this risk group is due to the fact that there are a number of prerequisites for its social exclusion, such as: - the lack of appropriate education and qualification levels - lack of qualifications, skills or work experience - passivity and poor motivation for learning - lack of practical knowledge - lack of self-esteem, self-esteem and perspective - limited opportunities for updating or acquiring a new qualification - insufficient knowledge and lack of skills relevant to the new requirements imposed by the introduction of new technologies - lack of motivation to start work. For these reasons, the activities envisaged in the project include the provision of a range of social inclusion services based on individual approach and needs as follows: - Providing motivational and phycological support - Art - therapy - Providing training to acquire 2 "Communication in foreign language" 5 "Learning Skills", 6 "Public and Civic Competencies" and 7 "Initiatives and Entrepreneurship" - Support for finding employment to improve access to employment for adults at risk, and by preparing individuals wishing to develop their own business, to plan and start independent business and self-employment. The activities will be carried out by a highly qualified team of specialists who will provide prerequisites for active social inclusion and labor market inclusion of the target group members - economically inactive and unemployed in order to expand their opportunities for independence and independent living and to increase motivation and opportunities for participation in employment. The implementation of the activities will contribute to the restoration of their work activity and to overcome the problems resulting from their social exclusion.
