"On the job again"

The project aims are to promote the social inclusion of persons with disabilities and carers for dependent family members (including children) on the territory of the municipality of Gotse Delchev by providing integrated cross-sectoral services to support personal and professional realization. The specific objectives are: 1. Increasing the skills for social adaptation, personal realization and active behavior on the labor market of people with disabilities and inactive / unemployed people, by implementation of integrated integrated measures and services for individual support. 2. Increasing the possibilities for professional realization of disabled people and other disadvantaged persons through their inclusion in specialized training on key competencies, professional and business orientation and support for access to employment. The project will include 40 people, inhabitants of the municipality Gotse Delchev, representatives of the following target groups: people with disabilities over 18 years old and their families; families with children, incl. at risk and with disabilities, as also ten employees of the candidate/ partner. The project objectives will be achieved through the following main activities: • Providing services for adults with disabilities or at risk based on individual approach and needs; • Motivational, psychological and other support for the target groups according to their individual needs; • Providing training to acquire key competences under the European Qualifications Framework for Lifelong Learning; • Support for employment and other support services to improve access to employment for people with disabilities and carers for dependent family members, including through the provision of supportive innovative social services in the community for people with disabilities; • Information campaigns to inform employers and the public about the opportunities of people with disabilities and their positive role for the public as a whole.
