New opportunity for social support and independent living in Perushtitsa municipality

The project focuses on support for inclusion in the employment of several target groups which are the subject to the current social inclusion procedure, namely: (1) people with disabilities and their families; (2) families of children with disabilities; (3) elderly people at risk. It envisages the integration of a new educational approach in addressing key employment problems for people with disabilities and their families, which are particularly restricted in their choice of employment, they are socially excluded from the labour market. The measures and activities we foresee to implement are based on the principles of "Lifelong learning" and flexible economic integration. These measures include the provision of various key competency training for the already mentioned target groups, tailored to the specific needs of the employer, as well as effective motivation for new employment based on personal approach and individual work. For the sake of sustainability of the results, we will integrate the needs of 9 employers in the municipality of Perushtitsa, employers on which a research will be conducted thoroughly, as a result of which we will conduct a course which will train appropriate representatives of the target groups selected after complex psychological support and motivation with specific skills and key competences. The activities will be conducted by the team of PUC - BOBOV DOL Ltd., provider of the Social Assistant (Registration certificate №01611-0001) service, which has a long experience as VTC (License №2015121263), which will be developed specifically for the project - Methodological guide for employers for a new integrated social and educational service which is aimed on the specific target groups to add adaptive competences for sustainable employment on the labour market.
