Social Center - You Are Part of Us

The main objective of this project is to create a specialized integrated cross-sector service for children and young people with disabilities and thus to support their integration on the one hand and active social inclusion of their family members on the other, labor. The specific objectives of the project are: 1. Providing a specialized integrated cross-sector service, including educational and social activities for disabled children and young people, thus creating prerequisites for social adaptation and inclusion of these children and young people in Sofia, Serdika region 2. Creating prerequisites for active social inclusion and labor market inclusion of dependents, incl. children through the provision of integrated integrated cross-sector services and motivational and psychological support 3. Implementation of initiatives for informing and providing opportunities for active participation of people from vulnerable groups in society. The objectives of the project proposal will be realized through the implementation of specific activities, thus also contributing to the re-employment of families with children and young people (including disabled). The service to be provided will be based on an individual approach and will provide quality care for disabled children and young people, and their families will have the opportunity to look for opportunities for realization in the labor market. Through the implementation of the project, targeted services and support activities will be provided for disabled children and young people and their families, thus extending their opportunities for independent and independent living and increasing motivation and opportunities for participation in employment.
