THE PERSON NEXT TO YOU – A PERSON AS YOU Support for labor and social integration

General objective of the project: Creating opportunities for active social and labour inclusion of 42 beneficiaries–unemployed and inactive adults with disabilities, people, caring for dependent family members–children and children with disabilities and at risk from Ruse. Specific objective 1: Increased number of people with disabilities from Ruse, who are actively searching for job or are employed; Specific objective 2: Increased number of family members with children with disabilities and at risk from Ruse, who are searching for job/are included in employment; Specific objective 3: Increased number of children with disabilities from Ruse, who have enlarged their capacity for social inclusion; Specific objective 4: Raising public awareness and employers' interest in potential and positive role of people with disabilities. Beneficiaries: 24 unemployed and inactive adults with disabilities and their families; 9 people, caring for a family member – a child with disability, and their families; 9 children with disabilities and their families; Main activities: Provision of motivation, physiological and employment services for integration/reintegration on the labour market of 24 unemployed and inactive people with disabilities and 9 people, caring for dependent family members–children; Inclusion of 9 children with disabilities in complex measures in order to overcome risks of social isolation by enhancing their capacity for integration within community. Implementation of initiatives and campaigns to promote potential and positive role of people with disabilities, among employers from Ruse and local community. Result indicators: 10 beneficiaries with disabilities aged 18 and over, who are searching for job/have a job/are self-employed; 5 inactive and unemployed beneficiaries, caring for a dependent family member, who are searching for job/have a job/are self-employed, after provided childcare services; 9 children with disabilities, receiving social and health care.
