Ensuring Social Inclusion and Employment Services- "Inclusion Bridge"

The project focuses on providing an integrated model of social services to provide supportive training, counseling and employment.The focus of the project is on developing skills for employment and learning opportunities in digital and other competencies because they focus on activities and areas that allow work from home, autonomous working time and self-employment.The project creates the necessary bridges to ensure that employment can provide an adequate inclusion model.The model aims to: - implementation of an integrated social service with different working methods; - ensuring the quality of the integrated service provided; There are 3 key factors that are important to ensure that employment leads to inclusion: income, participation and regulation. Activities include: 1.Motivation and other type of support (Motivation counseling service in order to improve the access to the labor market and the inclusion in the employment of persons from the target groups) 2. Supporting services to improve access to employment for people with disabilities and carers for dependent family members (Individual Support Service - Counseling on Opportunities and Appropriate Job Conversion) 3. Providing training to acquire key competencies 4.Establishing a partnership of stakeholders / NGO sector, state institutions, business ("Public relations and employers" - the aim is to break stereotypes about the possibilities of people with disabilities) The project implements sustainable development policy and does not have negative consequences affecting the principles of sustainable development policy and its three main economic, social and environmental axes.Activities, working methods and resources are in line with the goals The concrete benefits of the project implementation for the target group (direct beneficiaries) are: 1. Overcoming social deficits (lack of information, opportunities for social inclusion or work) 2. Wish for positive change
