Persons from vulnerable groups have the need to provide integrated integrated cross-sectoral services and actions to expand their opportunities for independent and independent living and to increase motivation and opportunities for participation in employment. In order to promote the social integration of people with disabilities, it is necessary to provide for a number of specific measures in view of their social status. Considerable attention needs to be paid to personal and professional development opportunities, providing a supportive and positive environment, and hence reducing the risk of falling into poverty of families with foreign dependents. MAIN OBJECTIVE - Promoting social inclusion (including labor market inclusion) of persons with disabilities and carers for dependent family members through the implementation of measures to develop skills for autonomy, learning and work and support for personal development. Target group: 38 people with disabilities and carers for dependent family members. In order to achieve the goals, the following activities are envisaged: Trainings, consultations, individual work and support, provision of social inclusion services, etc. Expected results: • Improving the integration and quality of life of people with disabilities and their families • Creating prerequisites for active fight against poverty and social exclusion of vulnerable target groups • Providing access to tools to form skills for self-reliance and personal development • Integration and social inclusion of 38 people with disabilities and carers for dependent family members
