"ACTIVE SOCIAL-EMPLOYMENT MEDIATION MOBILE TEAM"

This project is aimed at addressing the need for integrated approaches to reduce the social exclusion of people with disabilities and at risk as well as carers for dependent family members from the municipalities of Pazardzhik and Peshtera. The project target groups include 51 persons: 20 adults with disabilities; 8 members of families with children at risk, incl. disabled; 8 children at risk, incl. with disabilities; 15 employees of social service providers. The overall objective of the project is to create prerequisites for active social inclusion and inclusion in the labor market of people with disabilities and carers for children at risk, incl. with disabilities, living on the territory of the municipalities of Pazardzhik and Peshtera. Expected results: 1. Piloted social service "ASEM mobile team" - provided social and health services to 36 persons, incl. 8 children at risk/ with disabilities; 2. Inclusion in motivation support and support for finding employment of 28 persons from the target group, 8 - started looking for a job or having a self-employed job; 3. Conducted trainings in Key Competences of 15 disabled adults and 15 employees of social service providers; 4. Developed web-based portal for access to information on social, health and administrative services; 5. Conducted 4-event info campaign targeting employers and society. Key activities: Providing an innovative social inclusion service for children and people with disabilities or at risk, based on individual approach and needs; Motivational support for target groups according to their individual needs; Providing training for the acquisition of Key Competence; Support for finding employment and improving access to employment for people with disabilities and carers for dependent family members; Initiatives to inform and provide opportunities for active participation in the community of people with disabilities and other vulnerable groups; Info campaigns to inform employers and the public.
