Center for Social Inclusion

The main objective of the present project proposal is to provide services to 20 persons with disabilities over the age of 18 living on the territory of Sofia Municipality, Strajica municipality and Ruse Municipality for active social inclusion and labor market inclusion. For this purpose, the company envisages the creation of a center for support and social inclusion, which integrates the functions of assistant, consultant in social adaptation and motivation, labor market integration, career guidance and career counseling, professional support, psychological support. Providing advice on healthy lifestyles and improving health care. The provision of professional, social, labor and psychological rehabilitation will create prerequisites for active inclusion of 20 persons with disabilities on the labor market. The implementation of this project will contribute to the restoration of their work activity. In order to ensure the successful professional integration of the target group, the following activities will be carried out: - Provision of social inclusion services to 20 persons with disabilities or at risk, based on individual approach and needs; - Conduct information campaigns to inform employers and the public about the opportunities of people with disabilities and their positive role for the public as a whole. The successful implementation of the project will contribute to accelerating the transition from unemployment to employment in a real economy. The company will conduct information and motivation campaigns aimed at increasing the interest in the relevant service and informing people about the conditions offered.
