Comprehensive integrated inter-sectoral services for active social inclusion

The project proposal aims to provide a package of up-to-date measures intended to introduce integrated social assistance for active inclusion of a socially vulnerable group: families with children in risk and children with disabilities. A new educational service–“Innovative Children’s Centre”–will be organized for children with or without special educational needs; its purpose will be to assure full support for a productive educational process for the children, as well as untroubled working process for their parents. It will be introduced in support of the children through the applying of comprehensive measures for social interaction between the children in the mixed groups that will be composed of both children with special educational needs and children without such needs. A team of specialists will be organized, including a team leader, occupational therapist, teacher, teaching assistant, psychologist, speech therapist, social worker, physiotherapy assistant. The team will contribute to the development and focused applying of an innovative complex of social services in support of the social inclusion in the community.At least 20 parents will participate actively through attendance in the trainings by key competencies, profiled for foreign-language studies and digital skills. A social worker and a psychologist will provide a motivational and psychological mobile service for the parents, tailored to their individual needs. Offices will be equipped in suitable premises and rendered for the delivery of a complete social service as a comprehensive approach for parental career with temporary classes for the children.The project will be given sufficient publicity so that it will be able to reach the general public with information about its goals and the support provided by the EU. In order to overcome discrimination attitudes in the acceptance of representatives from vulnerable groups on the labour market, information campaigns and work with employers will be started.
