Support for social inclusion in the community

The project proposal aims at creating prerequisites for active social inclusion and facilitating access to employment for vulnerable groups by providing innovative social services, including improving access to career development services, and promoting labor market participation and re-employment of unemployed and inactive persons. The project proposal is aimed at creating prerequisites for active social inclusion of the project will involve at least 40 persons representing the target group - adults at risk, namely economically inactive and unemployed people, including people with disabilities. Inclusion in the project of the specified risk group is conditioned by the fact that there are a number of prerequisites for its social exclusion, namely: - lack of qualifications, skills or work experience - lack of self-esteem, self-esteem and perspective - lack of motivation to start work. The activities envisaged in the project include the provision of a range of social inclusion services based on individual approach and needs as follows: - Providing motivational support - Providing psychological support - Providing training to acquire KK 5 "Learning Skills", 6 "Public and Civic Competencies" - Providing individual consultations for preparation for self-employment - Informational events. The activities will be carried out by a highly qualified team of specialists who will provide prerequisites for active social inclusion and labor market inclusion of the target group members - economically inactive and unemployed in order to expand their opportunities for independence and independent living and to increase motivation and opportunities for participation in employment. The implementation of the activities will contribute to the restoration of their work activity and to overcome the problems resulting from their social exclusion.
