Improvement of the employability and the provision of integrated services in the home environment on the territory of General Toshevo municipality.

The following needs will be addressed: 1. Professional qualification acquisition for inactive people and people with disabilities, estranged from the labor market; 2. Providing integrated health and social services in line with the growing local demand. Those services shall be directed towards elderly people and people with disabilities in General Toshevo municipality; Target groups: - People with disabilities and their families; - Adults at risk. Overall objective: Providing access to career development, building adequate capacity and creating a pool of qualified people, encouraging labor market participation and re-employment of the target group. Setting up work group that will provide home-based integrated part-time health and social services, adapted to the basic needs of the recipients and aimed at prevention of loneliness and social isolation for people at risk. Specific objectives: Building adequate capabilities, re-entering actively the workforce and raising the level of employment of people in the target group. Improving the quality of life and enhancing the possibilities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and elderly people in General Toshevo municipality by ensuring equal opportunities for access to health and social services and overcoming the consequences of their social exclusion and poverty. Results: Acquired professional qualification by 18 people. Setup of a work group for integrated health and social services with 40 people capacity, 15 new job positions open. Hired, trained and supervised staff. Integrated health and social services provided to 40 recipients in domestic environment. Improved quality of life of elderly people and people with disabilities. Technical provision of the services in domestic environment. Activities: Training for acquisition of professional qualification. Staff supervision. Providing integrated health and social services in domestic environment.
