This project plans to provide hourly mobile integrated health and social services for the elderly and the disabled in their homes. A partnership between the municipalities of Botevgrad and Mirkovo was established for the realization of the activity and the project envisaged to cover at least 105 users. All activities are consistent with the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021. to implement the National Long-Term Care Strategy, aiming to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion through the provision of care provided by a multidisciplinary team involving different specialists.
