This project proposal aims to provide a mobile integrated health and social service (patronage for adults and people with disabilities) on the territory of Svishtov Municipality. With the planned activities for health-social, psychological support in the consumer's home environment, recruitment, training and supervision of the staff, the purchase of a car will reach every disabled person in need of self-service in the town of Svishtov and the 15 settlements places from the municipality.
