"Patronage in the Municipality of Novi Pazar"

The project proposal will make it possible to ensure the building of a network of services in the home environment and will ensure the provision of hourly health-mobile social services in homes for the disabled and the elderly over 65 years in the inability to self service, expand and build on the activities of Domestic social welfare provision – Novi Pazar. According to the indicative number of users assigned to each municipality for inclusion in the project foresees a minimum of 54 persons to use the integrated social-health service. The operation will be carried out through the application of already built model and uniform programs for the provision of mobile health-hourly integrated social services and staff training. Through the implementation of project activities to ensure efficiency of services provided higher when using significantly less financial resources, through the application of flexible mechanisms for the combined hourly use of integrated socio-health services targeted at the individual needs of every person in need. With this project will improve the quality of life and access to services for social inclusion, in response to a complex health needs, including the disabled and people over 65 years in the inability for self service, with the aim of overcoming the effects of social exclusion. For the optimum operation of the service will be renovated and furnished and equipped room for the crew and service management professionals. In order to expand the scope of socio-health services throughout the municipality and providing equal access of persons to them will be purchased means of transport with which the specialists in social and health care will be able to reach every one of users.
