Patronage care in Bansko Municipality

The project proposal will provide an upgrade of the created model for provision of hourly integrated social services for the elderly and the disabled, and will increase the results of the project "Independent Living in the Municipality of Bansko". The project will be implemented by building a model for the provision of hourly mobile integrated health and social services and training and staff supervision. It is envisaged that nurses, sanitaries, rehabilitators, social workers and psychologists will be involved in the project proposal to meet the needs of the target group. The project is in line with Measure 2 (Operation 6): Providing patronage care by providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services for the disabled and the elderly in need of the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National a long-term care strategy adopted by Council of Ministers No 28 / 19.01.2018 and is part of the overall process of deinstitutionalization of care for the elderly and the establishment of alternative community support through the provision of quality and affordable services and long-term care. The project will be complemented by the other measures foreseen to be funded under the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021 for the implementation of the National Long-Term Care Strategy without supporting activities funded under another project, program or any other a financial scheme emanating from the national budget, the European Union budget or other donor program, the verification of which will be carried out at the individual project level - at the level of eligible activities, as well as at the level of the target group.
