"Social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the municipality of Ardino through patronage care"

The project "Social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the municipality of Ardino through patronage care" aims to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of the disabled and the elderly by providing health-social services in a home environment. The envisaged activities are aimed at expanding the services offered in "Home Services Center" in the town of Ardino by: - Provision of hourly mobile integrated health and social services for disabled and elderly people in Ardino municipality, Kardzhali region; - Support for the creation of employment; - Providing psychological support and counseling; - Training and supervision of staff; - Purchase of means of transport for the two municipalities to carry out mobile work; - Compliance with the requirements for the implementation of the information and communication activity, according to the Beneficiary's Unified Beneficiary Manual for the application of the information and communication rules 2014-2020. The provision of hourly mobile services will be carried out under the program / methodology of the Ministry of Health by medical professionals and specialists in the field of social services, each person in the target group being able to receive health-social services up to 2 hours a day. The project proposal is aimed at people with disabilities and the elderly who can not take care of themselves. Part of the existing acute problems related to unemployment and employment will be addressed. The implementation of the project will contribute to the implementation of the National Long-Term Care Strategy, approved by Council of Ministers Decree No. 28 / 19.01.2018, the Action Plan for the period 2018-2021, the Personal Assistance Act, the other legal and regulatory framework and The Strategy for Development of Social Services in the Municipality of Ardino 2016-2020, adopted by Decision No. 172 / 26.10.2016 of the Ardino Municipal Council.
