"Home Services"

In the current conditions of health-demographic and economic crisis, coupled with ongoing reform and ineffective health system, the necessity of introducing alternative methods for satisfying the health and social needs of the population in the country and respectively in the municipality of Pazardzhik is exacerbated. Such an alternative is Patronage Care. The project proposal "Home Services" will provide hourly mobile health and social services, psychological support and counseling in the homes of the target group in 32 settlements in the Municipality of Pazardzhik. The Home Services project builds on the model for providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services provided by Domestic Social Patronage and the Independent Life project. Introductory and supporting training for the people providing the services is envisaged. The project will cover 213 individuals from the target group. The services will be provided for 12 months, up to 2 hours a day for one person. They will be provided by social workers, medical professionals, home helpers and psychologists. A Project Management Team will be set up by six people. A Service Management Team will be appointed through selection by six people. Two information campaigns will be launched to promote the project, at the start of the project and one final. A sign will be produced, which will be placed at the door of the project office. An announcement will be published on the site of the municipality. Leaflets will be distributed to accessible places in the municipality of Pazardzhik, the Labor Office Directorate "Social Assistance", mayoralties, NGOs, social service providers and others. A car will be purchased for the staff providing services in the remote and hard-to-reach areas. A driver will be appointed. Three computer configurations will be purchased - computer, monitor, keyboard and mouse, and three multifunctional devices three in one, a printer, a scanner and a copier, and a laptop .
