Selection and recruitment of personnel for provision of services in the home environment, information and selection of candidate users, provision of hourly services for personal assistance, medical service, communal - household activities, rehabilitation, psychological and social support. Conducting training for service, supervision and advisory staff directly related to the target group. The project we offer guarantees the right to a decent life in the community of people over 65 and people with disabilities, aims to meet their needs of increasing autonomy and community integration by supporting their health, social and personal development. The envisaged extension of the services of the Sitovo Unit is a proven necessity, identified on the basis of an assessment of the specific characteristics of the persons in the community and the needs for social services. Adding and integrating existing services to the Social Assistant, Medical Professionals, Psychologist Rehabilitation Services Unit is a new form of social service in the Municipality of Sitovo that will cover 28 users of the target groups and their families and will ensure the implementation of a coherent national and local policy and as a final result - a higher living standard for people in Bulgaria. At the same time, introductory and supporting training for social assistants will provide employment for persons of working age, part of them unemployed, and another part involuntarily unemployed due to the need to care for relatives in their home.
