"Providing patronage care on the territory of Kaspichan Municipality and Venets Municipality"

With the implementation of this project a model for providing patronage care for disabled people and elderly people over 65 with limited abilities or inability to self-service will be developed in Kaspichan Municipality and Venets Municipality. Hourly mobile integrated health and social services will be provided over a period of 12 months for 51 users in total on the basis of identified personal needs of the target group. For the provision of mobile integrated health and social services, 18 domestic helpers and 3 medical specialists will be hired and each person in the target group will receive health-social services up to 2 hours a day.The project will also be assigned to 2 municipal service co-ordinators who will be involved in the accepting and distributing of users’ requests. On the basis of the requests, they will prepare timetables for the provision of health and social services.For the mobile work 2 cars will be purchased / one for each municipality / which will be used for the purposes of providing health-social services in accordance with the the project. 2 drivers will also be assigned. They, according to the requests submitted by the users, will drive the medical specialists to the homes of the users for carrying out the respective health services. The project offer will improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and elderly people by providing a network of services in a domestic environment and providing opportunities for their provision on the territory of Kaspichan Municipality and Venets Municipality.
