The "Care for the Elderly and Disabled in the Municipality of Kirkovo" will improve the quality of life of older people and people with disabilities by providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services in their homes aimed at effectively exercising their right to independent living and social inclusion. It is envisaged to carry out a thorough analysis and assessment of the needs of each candidate (social and health). The municipality of Kirkovo will be provided with integrated health and social services from domestic helpers and specialized personnel for the provision of health services and will be provided for these persons within 12 months. The provision of services will be based on the identified needs and specific needs of the representatives of the target group and the individual social assessment of each of them. Staff training and supervision are foreseen within the project. The project will help reduce poverty and promote social inclusion through the provision of mobile integrated health and social services and the creation of new jobs.
