"Providing patronage care for elderly people and persons with disabilities on the territory of Burgas Municipality"

The project aims at improving the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and elderly people over the age of 65 with impossibility of self-service on the territory of Burgas Municipality, by providing a network of services in a home environment and building adequate capacity for their provision. The project envisages provision of integrated health and social services in the homes of 241 disabled people and elderly people over the age of 65 with inability to self-service, according to their individual needs. In order to provide appropriate conditions for effective patronage care, the planned activities include the provision of repairs and equipment to the premises, the purchase of a transport vehicle for the needs of the patronage care team. The project will respond to the need to provide adequate support and create conditions for people with disabilities and the elderly over the age of 65 with inability to self-service to receive quality and affordable services based on their individual needs. Project implementation will contribute to ensuring qualitive comprehensive care for people with disabilities and the elderly over the age of 65 with inability to self-service by providing health care and social services.
