Patronage care by providing health-social services in Ruen municipality.

With the start of the project, a project management team will be set up, which will be employees of staffed by the municipality of Ruen on official and / or labor relations with positions: manager and accountant. The authorized team will perform the activities set out in the project proposal. It is envisaged to provide hourly mobile integrated health and social services for people in need of the project target group by appointing / hiring employees in the position of "health assistant" or another position in hours by labor or "civil contract" with medical education or other in the field of health and social services. Training for committee and employee approved staff will take place. They will be provided with equipment, work clothes and protective equipment. We will use an already established experience / methodology / procedure on a previous project that we are building on this project proposal. It is planned to purchase a car, possibly with a special purpose for people with wheelchairs, which car will be used by the project staff. Older people without physical mobility will also be served. The main activity will be the implementation of the mobile service by settlements of the municipality.. Ruen municipality has 4 directions on the route, each starting from the village of Ruen with a return to a municipal center. A person with special psychological education will be appointed to provide support and counseling to both service users and their families. It is envisaged to periodically carry out personnel supervision for the purpose of analyzing and improving the social and health service, updating the methods and the manner of provision by the municipality. The set activities are in line with the eligible published in the Application Conditions under this procedure. It is expected that achieved results will be achieved - over 61 serviced users for 1 year
