The main objective of the project is to improve the quality of life and opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and elderly people, by providing a network of services in the home environment and construction of suitable (material and personnel) capacity for their provision. Specific objectives of the project are: -to extend the scope of the services provided by the unit "Su-NGA" teteven patronažni care for the elderly and persons with disabilities, including with chronic diseases and disabilities in order to provide mobile health-hourly integrated social services in their homes. -To reduce the risk of reliance on institutional care type and improving quality of life of the elderly sick persons and people with disabilities, as well as the aftermath of social exclusion and poverty. Main activities: Activity 1. Provision of mobile health-hourly integrated social services for needy individuals with disabilities and the elderly. Activity 2. Providing psychological support, counseling. Activity 3. Training and supervision of staff. Activity 4. Buying a car for making the mobile health-social service.
