The project is focused on providing mobile and integrated social and healthcare services for the people of the target group. The support, which the project activities will provide will help the people in need to stay in their family environment. The following services will be provided: Injecting; changing of bandage; measuring blood sugar; rehabilitation, etc., according to the needs of the target group and eligible to be provided outside a medical facility; psychological support and counseling; escorting to different institutions; help in the household; social services and more. The services will be provided in different settlements in Sliven Municipality, after assessing the needs of the target groups.
