Patronage care for elderly people and people with disabilities – Berkovitsa Municipality

This project proposal will fulfill some of the objectives of the EU 2020 strategy, namely combating poverty and supporting social inclusion. The project aims to achieve results in this area by providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services for disabled and elderly people in need, providing psychological support, counseling, training and supervision of staff, as well as facility maintenance, and provision of equipment for premises, including the purchase of vehicle for the purpose of mobile work. The activities of the project will enhance the municipal strategy for the development of social services to achieve modern, diverse and accessible social services, meeting the needs of people and communities at risk and contributing to their implementation and improved quality of life in the municipality of Berkovitsa.
