Patronage of elderly and disabled people in the municipality of Byala Slatina

The project envisages provision of hourly mobile integrated health and social services in the home environment of the municipality of Byala Slatina. Services will be targeted at disabled and elderly people who are totally or partially incapable of self-service at home, improving access to basic social and health services, and achieving independence and social integration. This will protect the public interest and respond to the needs of the population. The project proposal combines various actions to overcome isolation and provide integrated access to health-social services. The main need to be met through the implementation of the project is the provision of comprehensive care, which will, on the one hand, enhance the quality of life of older people and, on the other hand, enable unemployed persons of working age to be engaged in the provision of new services. The project target groups are: - People with disabilities and their families; - Adults over 65 with limited or inability to self-handle. The main goal of the project is to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of older people and people with disabilities. The specific objectives of the project are to build a successful model for patronage care for the elderly and the disabled. As a result of the implementation of the project, it is expected: - Improving the quality of health and social services - Creating a sustainable model for delivering integrated health and social services in the community The main activities of the project are: 1. Providing integrated health and social services 2. Providing psychological support and counseling 3.Training and supervision of staff 4. Performing current repairs, furnishings and equipment
