The project "Providing patronage care for the elderly and disabled persons in the municipality of Glavinica" will improve the quality of life of elderly people and people with disabilities by providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services in their homes aimed at effectively exercising their right to independent living and social inclusion. It is envisaged to carry out a thorough analysis and assessment of the needs of each candidate (social and health). On the territory of Glavinitsa municipality will be provided integrated health and social services from domestic helpers and specialized personnel for provision of health services, for these persons will be ensured employment within 12 months. The provision of services will be based on the identified needs and specific needs of the representatives of the target group and the individual social assessment of each of them. Personnel training and supervision are provided within the project. The project will help reduce poverty and promote social inclusion through the provision of mobile integrated health and social services and the creation of new jobs.
