There are many people in the municipality of Sevlievo who, due to poor health or elderly age, are in partial or total inability to self-handle. They have daily care needs,need of improved access to social and medical services, and social networking. In order to meet these needs, the municipality of Sevlievo has developed the current project aiming at improving access to basic social and health services for the elderly and the disabled, expanding the volume and diversity of social services provided in the community as a continuation of now social services. The target groups of the project are people with disabilities and adults, residents of Sevlievo Municipality. Expected outcomes are building on existing and emerging new social services, increasing the number of people using social services and improving the quality of life of adults and people with disabilities.
