Patronage care in Kazanlak municipality

The project "Patronage care in Kazanlak municipality", will provide hourly mobile integrated health and social services to the disabled and the elderly people in the municipality of Kazanlak. The aim of the project is to improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of persons from the project target group by providing a package of activities / services in their homes by qualified specialists. This will support people with disabilities and the elderly, who have diverse and dynamic needs in their everyday live. Within this project, mobile integrated health and social services will be provided to 142 users (persons with disabilities and the elderly, incl. chronic diseases and permanent disabilities). Health and social services will be focused on the individual leading needs in activities where people are in difficulty and need some support. For the project implementation will be appointed personnel for organizing and managing the service, application specialists for the provision of patronage, auxiliary staff, consultants and trainers. Will be purchased a vehicle, materials and consumables and equipment, providing the integrated service itself. The integrated health and social service will be provided according to a Methodology developed by the Ministry of Health.
