Under this procedure, a network of home-based services will be built and hourly mobile health and social care services for the disabled and elderly over 65 will be provided in a non-self-service facility. Part of the funds can be used to buy a car, repair, furnish and equip the premises, purchase two laptops and a multifunctional device, as well as training and super vision of the staff. The Patronage Care for the Elderly and Disabled - Component 2 builds on the model of providing hourly mobile integrated health and social services for the elderly.
