The Municipality of Hissarya, implementing this project, will improve the quality of life and the opportunities for social inclusion of people with disabilities and the elderly by providing a network of services in a home environment and building adequate capacity for their provision. It is envisaged to provide the services within 12 months and to cover 78 persons with disabilities and their families and elderly people over 65 in the impossibility of self-service. It is envisaged to attract experts who will provide psychological, social and health support. Leading principles in the implementation of activities will be to focus at the demands and needs of every individual in the center and to provide integrated access to health, social and other services, according to the specific needs of the individual at a disadvantage, given his individual assessment.
