Social and health services at home - integrated services for life quality

This project proposal aims to improve the life quality and access to social inclusion services for people with disabilities and people over 65 with the inability to self-service, reduce poverty and promote social inclusion. The project will provide integrated social health services that will combine complex actions to provide long-term care for disabled people and people over 65 in the inability to self-service. On the one hand, employment of unemployed people of working age will be ensured and, on the other - will enable disabled people to choose the desirable and necessary assistant. Each person with disability, according to his or her needs, will be able to use different services according to the necessity and type of assistance. Fifteen personal assistants and fifteen home assistants will be appointed under the project. Specialists will be appointed to provide psychological, social and medical support to consumers. The personnel who will provide the social-health services under the project will be trained and supervised during the implementation of the project activities. The project „Social and health services in the home environment - integrated services for quality living” extends the activity of the project “Center for services in the home environment - integrated services for quality living” under the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development” 2014-2020, under the “Independent life” operation, that ended in the beginning of 2018.
