The purpose of this project proposal is to extend opportunities for improving the quality of life of disadvantaged and special needs groups, promoting their social inclusion and their integration into society. The project activities are: Activity 1: Provide supportive services, incl. integrated cross-sectoral services in the community or in the home environment; services for the elderly (including self-employed people over 65 years of age for self-care), for the disabled and other vulnerable groups. Action 2: Local Social Activities for Social Inclusion For 18 months, the following social services will be provided to 24 users living on the territory of the Municipality of Velingrad: - Providing care for disabled people or elderly people over 65 years old to meet their daily needs; - Providing support for people with disabilities or elderly people over 65 years of age in maintaining residential hygiene, shopping and food preparation, laundry and other community-based activities; - Providing support for people with disabilities or elderly people older than 65 years of age, aimed at social work and counseling in order to meet the needs of leisure time and networking; - Activities to provide access to social services in the community, cultural education and other services, support for social counseling and others, according to the needs of the person. Within the framework of Action 2, assistance and counseling services will be provided for social welfare, health, education and employment, according to the specific needs of the people and on the basis of their individual needs.
