Social Entrepreneurship and new chance for support and employment of people from vulnerable risk groups

The project proposal is a set of measures and activities related to the establishment of the Social Enterprise-Tour Operator Agency. The project is aimed at facilitating access to employment and promoting the social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional and social integration in the sphere of the social economy. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the set objectives and priorities of the HRD OP and the led by the community local development MIG-Troyan, Apriltsy, Ugarchin 2014-2020. The aim of the project idea is to help the most vulnerable and marginalized groups, people with disabilities and other socially excluded people who will have access to measures and services in line with their needs and needs. The activities of the project are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different people, representatives of vulnerable groups. Their implementation will ensure easy access to employment, sustainability of employment, support for the social inclusion of vulnerable groups by opening up a social enterprise and creating suitable employment conditions, stable incomes, reducing economic dependence, reducing poverty and improving their quality of life. The main activities in the project proposal are: -Recruitment and employment of unemployed and inactive persons with low competitiveness in the labor market, people with disabilities and material provision of their labor activities; -Equipment of newly created jobs; -Providing key competency training to enhance the management and business skills of employees; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. 10 new jobs will be created for unemployed and inactive persons: -up to 29 years of age; -person over 54 years -long-term unemployed; -a person with permanent disabilities. The project idea will promote social entrepreneurship and social enterprise development.
