Social and professional integration of persons at risk and vulnerable groups, through disclosure of social enterprise

The project proposal generates ideas and mechanisms for the creation of a Social Enterprise in the field of trade in building materials and construction works. The project is aimed at facilitating access to employment and promoting the social inclusion of persons from vulnerable groups by creating suitable conditions for their professional and social integration in the sphere of the social economy. The project addresses intentions for initiatives in the context of the goals and priorities set out in the HRD OP and Local initiative group-Trojan, Apriltsi, Ugarchin, 2014-2020 and is aimed at creating employment opportunities for vulnerable groups, socially excluded persons and persons with low competitiveness on the labor market, providing them with jobs, income, modernly equipped and materially secured jobs, as well as supporting their participation in social and professional life. Soc. enterprise will achieve a measurable, positive social impact on individuals from vulnerable groups. Basic activities: -Recruitment and employment of unemployed and / or inactive persons and material provision of new jobs; -Equipment for workplaces; -Support and encourage the participation of people in social and professional life; -Information and communication; -Organisation and Management. The activities are aimed at providing equal opportunities for different people, representatives of vulnerable groups. 5 new jobs will be created for unemployed and / or inactive persons: -young people up to 29 years of age; -long-term unemployed; -person over 54 years; The main objective is to promote social entrepreneurship and social enterprise development, aiming at ensuring easy access to employment and social inclusion of vulnerable groups in the newly established social enterprise and creating the right conditions for social and professional integration in the sphere of the social economy, which will has led to the sustainability of measures in the area of ​​social policy.
